Seagulls rule this town and this marina. They show no fear and watch out for any possibility to get food. By Hipopotam we had at least one guardian of this kind.

Fort de I’Est – East entrance to Cherbourg. Daymarks include the chimney of Jobourg nuclear plant! This marina is an excellent shelter – ‘port of refuge’ in 24h in all tides and weather.
